If you are a current patient and are in need of a prescription refill, call our office at the clinic location where you are a patient or use the patient portal. It may take 24 to 48 hours to process your refill, depending on the time of day and part of the week the refill request is received. For best results, provide the name of the medication and the name of the pharmacy you prefer.
If you are calling for a prescription refill after office hours, the after hours answer service cannot approve any prescription refills, please contact the office the next business day.
Please remember there will be NO narcotics or other controlled substances refilled by phone. To obtain refills for narcotics or other controlled substances the patient must make an appointment and be seen by their provider. (This is according to current State and Federal Guidelines and Regulations).
